Construction around the facility

Staff were really friendly and helpful, fast check in, which we appreciate a lot. Room was clean, and we felt safe during the stay. Great body shower gel scent, I forgot to ask what brand was it, appreciate if the hotel could let me know, if possible. There was electricity shortage on the last day of our stay before check out early in the morning, but it was resolved within an hour or so and we were given extra 2 hours to check out, and even allowed us to leave our baggages there till 7pm before we head to the airport. Food wise, we did not book for breakfast so we head out to explore around instead, the staff from 1 of the oldest restaurant nearby named Casa Alberto wasn't, it came to our surprise that the locals didn't know how to queue and even cut queue due to full house, didn't have great experience there being left behind and unattended during our first meal in Madrid, so we went to Taberna La Fragua de Vulcano, Singular and the rest of the restaurants we've been to, staff were superb. Overall, food wasn't as great as what I've had in Malaga, but great coffee from AMBU and wine from

We stayed in a Duplex Suite (401) wth a lovely terrace and plunge pool. The duplex was modern with comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and coffee making facilities.

The stairs are steep and could do with a better hand rail. The bath is on a raised platform with a triangular step - it would be easy to slip on the way in or out.

Great central location close to many attractions and sight seeing points. Room was very clean, and staff was very helpful and welcoming.
