I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room Mate Alicia in Madrid! The location is simply perfect — right in Plaza Santa Ana, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and within walking distance of so many major attractions.
The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very quiet despite the lively area outside. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the large windows that let in so much natural light.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome.
Breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid. I highly recommend Room Mate Alicia and would definitely come back!

This was a simple room, but it was clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was an actual single king mattress, not two twins pushed together, as is so common in Spain.
The location was also very good to get to all of the major sites and had parking in the Plaza nearby (but the parking is pretty pricey per day!). We did not get breakfast here. I'd stay here again.
