Grand Palladium Select White Sand Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

This experience was by far one of the best experiences my entire family have had. The service was fantastic, the facilities were clean, the food was delicious, and there were so many activities and things to do. I huge thank you to Alejandro at the reception desk who was a gem, to Jose and Joel who were magnificent at the Beach Bar, to Eduardo who was fantastic at the Snack Bar at Colonial, to Cecilia who was a wonderful waitress at the Hacienda PM buffet, to the chef extraordinaire David at Portofino who’s food was delicious, to Francisco and Jonathan who’s service at Portofino made us feel special, and to our wonderful concierge David and Rafael who were a power team always checking after us and giving us updates for our day….you all made this experience exceptional and one that I wish many other families would enjoy. I am Palladium loyal now for life. Thank you again for all that you did.

We had a wonderful stay, resort is maintained nicely staff was extremely helpful. Beach on the north end of the property is beautiful, a little rocky in front of white sands but short distance to the nice part. This is our 6th trip to Mexico and the value for this stay was great. The food was pretty typical for a Mexico resort but still good, always plenty and good selection. Tacos were the best thing at lunch buffets. We eat at the Italian restaurant the Brazilian restaurant as reservations and they were both very good. I would highly recommend. We stayed in building number 59 and our concierge. David was extremely helpful and polite.. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.. He did a great job and made our stay even better. Overall, I would recommend this resort to anybody for an all-inclusive trip to Mexico. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We will be back

Everything and Everyone was great. Angel at the front desk upgraded our room free of charge. The rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday. The AC is cold. Rafael and David are great concierges. They helped us every day with dinner reservations, Get a trolley for us to get around etc. The food at every buffet was fresh and the restaurants were amazing. The bars are everywhere. Cold beer or whatever you like. I prefer the mango daiquiris. They are delicious. All the pools were big and clean and refreshing. The Infinity pool at the TRS resort is a must see. The beach has a lot of rocks in the water so you need to walk a little bit to where it’s no rocks or coral. Bring water shoes. The entertainment was fun. It’s all on the app to see which of the 4 resorts to go to watch. The resort ever did some special things for us since our anniversary was on Valentine’s Day. I highly recommend this resort. My wife wants to go back again right now.

Where do I begin! From start to finish, the staff was kind, attentive, and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and truly felt welcomed the entire stay. The food was outstanding — breakfast, lunch, and dinner at every location were consistently excellent. The restaurant variety was impressive and easily one of the highlights. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and fully stocked daily. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and clean throughout. The pool area was spectacular (with poolside bars!), making it both relaxing and fun. A special thank you to our concierge, Raul — he was exceptional. Extremely helpful, resourceful, and genuinely welcoming. He made a big difference in our experience. The one major downside was the Travel Club staff. Although polite, the staff was persistent and pushy from the moment we arrived. We were pressured to attend a presentation and expected to make a financial decision on the spot without time to research or think it over. That felt uncomfortable and unnecessary during what should be a relaxing vacation. The beach had noticeable seaweed, limiting swimmable areas, though there was a small usable section. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return.
