Nice modern hotel. Rooms were large and well appointed. Easy walk to the town centre and the beach, but harder back due to the steps. Room key on the phone was hopeless. I ended up with a normal card key

The staff in the tent are so friendly , helpful and professional.. I got a upgrade to a much larger room .. WiFi is excellent and the in bathroom is the best as height and power I’ve expierenced in any hotel I’ve stayed . The brunch until 1.30 is the best good choice hot and cold etc but the late serving no more dining room been overfull or waiting for table 👍 Overall I would award this establishment 9+. Keep up the standards Tent I will return again for sure

My husbands bag with passport money and cards & phone was stolen from the seat in the restaurant at 8am this morning we we due to fly to the U.K. at 11.30 This was horrendous the staff would not help the man on reception told us to go to the police station at the airport he just wanted rid of us The police station at the airport told my husband to go to the police station at Malaga Because we own a house in Olvera he decided to go there and use our local police who were very helpfull We were not near the street we were in a breakfast room at the back of the hotel I’ll never go back there again and as you were the providers of this stay I hold you responsible as well You should know if somewhere is safe

Yes the room was spotless super clean.Staff were very helpful .Breakfast was beyond my expectations in big messive hall with a tent ⛺️ shape theme.we loved it.It was in the centre .8 Minutes on the taxi and Train station for airport thats only 4 stops to thhotel.City centre was on the same train withen 20 minutes. I just want suggest please provide kettle in the room for the tea and water bottles. Its not cost much but will appreciated.

The room rate booked said economic but at 75€ for a night, they put us in a basement like room on the first floor that has a terrace door and window but a view of a horrible interior space below the pool terrace, no outside view whatsoever. The room felt more like a cell than a rook in a hotel. To be a truly economical room, I would suggest that the hotel consider lowering the price to about 40€.. that would make the surprise upon first entry into the room a bit less horrific. The receptionist denied a request for second room key as he said it would cause problems on their system. Not true as we were given two keys the week before and the hotel key system did not crash. Why can't we have more than one key for the room as for previous stays we alwauys had two keys. The receptionist just did not want to give it to us... "mal hecho" de su parte. Disappointing as we have stayed in the hotel several times now and had better experiences than this occasion. Not sure I would book here again after this experience.

Room was comfortable but whilst admittedly was "economy" it was far from clear that in effect was an internal space with no light or view of anything. Was told on arrival that our room was an upgrade - should have asked for original room. A/c not working, balcony view was a concrete/iron building and at regular intervals during the night a generator would come on for 15 minutes at a time all through to the morning – kept us awake.

Clean room, but quite worned down with patchy walls, and the door let through a lot of noice from the corridor (we were close to the elevators so that might be why). No good view from our room but the area is interesting and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Good for one night but we will probably go somewhere else next time we visit Malaga.

Great location. Walking distance to the main shopping and dinning area in Torremolinos. Bed was super comfy! Check in staff (I think her name was Catherine) was so lovely and friendly and helpful with all my questions. No fridge or kettle, but amazing buffet breakfast until 1pm!! I had a Seaview room. Lovely to sit on balcony at the end of the day. Get down early to the pool if you want a sun bed!!

My recent stay at this hotel was not as comfortable as expected. The room lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to rest due to noise from outside and the corridors. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom. Several basic amenities were also missing: there was no fridge, no in-room tea or coffee facilities, and the safe required an additional charge to use. Housekeeping did not service the room at all during my four-night stay, and it was only cleaned after I requested it. Even small conveniences came at a cost, such as being charged for ice. On a more positive note, the buffet breakfast was satisfactory, with a good range of options and the added benefit of being available until 1:30 pm. Overall, while the late breakfast was appreciated, the lack of essential amenities and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.

Enjoyed my stay. Love the location. Easy access to shops, transport, restaurants etc. Its a nice and clean hotel. Good range of breakfast options, good wifi speed, and I particularly loved the balcony for afternoon light reading and watching the city go by. Air condition worked in the room and good thing too cos it was hot. Wish there was a fridge but not a big issue as there is a tuck shop just outside the hotel where you can get your cold drinks. I will be coming back here to this hotel if I visit Malaga, Spain again.

This is a perfect stay - brunch concept is cool and works well. Cleaners come in everyday - sea view rooms are stunning and worth paying the extra! Rosa on reception was so helpful. My card kept declining for some reason and she helped me so much! The reception staff was sufficiently kind. Not very close to but not far from the station, and easily accessible. The safety box was completely broken and not usable. The door and walls was not thick enough, and the it was a little noisy when some guests come close to the room.

Stayed for 12 nights and other than the brunch I wouldn’t recommend. The brunch was excellent with plenty of vegetarian options and that’s where the positives stop. Check in is rubbish. Everybody has to enter details into a touch screen machine which is rubbish and doesn’t work properly. All details per person staying even if it’s kids. So 4 time writing the same address. Shambles. Walls are paper thin so you can get kept up by people watching tv. It sounds like it’s in your room. The pool is dirty and the life guard tried to blame it on drinks. It wasn’t drinks it just wasn’t clean. Green algae on the sides of the pool. The pool area is very small with not many beds at all. The beach isn’t too far but is a steep walk with a lot of steps Cleaning of the rooms was hit and miss. We had to ask them to clean our rooms 3 days running as they just didn’t do them.

I booked a 10-night stay at Tent Torremolinos (July 10–20), but I couldn’t last more than 2 nights. The experience was so bad that I had to fight with the staff to get a refund. Do NOT trust the reviews or the photos — they are completely misleading. This hotel cuts corners on EVERYTHING. The walls are paper-thin. You’ll hear people talking from the rooms beside, above, and below you. The doors are flimsy, and every time someone opens a door nearby, your own door shakes or slams from the draft. It’s impossible to rest. The WORST part: the air conditioning. They’ve locked the minimum temperature at 26°C — in the MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER, in southern Spain. The room was constantly hot, humid, and unbearable to sleep in. There are only TWO ELEVATORS, for a 11 floor building with over 300 rooms, both old and sketchy. One barely fits one person, and you’ll wait at least 10 minutes every time you need to use it. Staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. Avoid PEPE at all costs — he made check-out unnecessarily complicated, blatantly lied about not receiving an Expedia email (I was CC’d, so I know he got it), and was rude throughout the process. There’s no parking anywhere nearby, and frankly, Torremolinos is not car-friendly at all. One night, we spent 45 minutes driving around just to find a spot. The only decent thing was the breakfast, but honestly, you can eat just as well (if not better) for a few euros at the cafés around. Bottom line: staying at this hotel is *literally lik

The room was spacious and with a lovely view from the 10th floor. However, there was a determining factor which was a massive issue. I travel the world and stay in many hotels a year. Tent Torremolinos was the first one that didn’t have a fridge. I feel that in a holiday destination in South Spain where drinking water is of such poor quality and the heat is rather extreme, a small fridge is essential. In addition, if you are on holiday you may want to keep some beer or wine too to drink on your balcony. I think this is very poor standard for a 3-star hotel. When I asked in reception, they made it clear that they were not obliged to provide a fridge. I felt this was rather arrogant and instead they could have asked what they could have done to make my stay a little more pleasant. I am not impressed, Tent! I will not be going back there since there are so many better options and cheaper! This was £300 for two nights! A joke, really! If I were you, I would stay away from this place…
