Walked in the window was open there was no screen on the window. There was dog poo infront of the door. I never saw any staff. The room was very sparse, the locals in the parking lot drinking were friendly but at 11pm that could be frightening for some. I would not recommend this hotel

This place is disgusting. Do not stay here! My pillows had blood stains on them! My room was on the 1st floor, when I got to my room, the window was wide open with no screen. There were dead bugs all over the place. Other people's hair everywhere. It was so dirty! We booked 2 nights but only stayed for one because it was so gross and all other hotels were booked for the night. They agreed to give me a refund and then ghosted me. Its been weeks with no refund and I can't get a hold of a manager or get a call back.

I would not recommend this place. There was no shower curtain in our room. The bed looked like it was very old. The only other people here were people that lived in the building. It smelled like dog. The receptionist was also the housekeeping and she had only been there for two weeks. So to give this place any stars is only because she tried to do the best she could with what she had. I am very disappointed in the people who own and run this place. They should update it. No air conditioning. It was not worth the money i paid to stay there.

This hotel is so disgusting I didn’t stay- it was full of long term residents, stunk of cigarettes and there were dogs barking. The condition was dilapidated and the car park full of old wrecks.
As a woman on my own I felt totally unsafe and left- a refund has been asked for but refused. This hotel was completely mis-sold and apparently Oyo hotels have a terrible reputation

this place was terrible, dirty, smelly. the bed had a huge brown stain. the room smelled like cigarettes, i tried locking the door but there is no safety lock on the door. the hallway was dirty, the ice and vending machines did not work. i checked in and checked right out. i tried to get a refund but the hotel is not answering. i would stay clear of this place. i felt very unsafe.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel was poorly maintained and dirty. The pictures from booking don't look like the rooms at all, and the floors were filthy. There's also zero building security - anyone can walk in and get into the room hallways which didn't make me feel comfortable. There was also no screen/lock on the window.

Upon arriving the front door was locked and eventually someone came to let me in. Thay askes my name and checked the cmputer, did not ask for ID to verify who I was. I was given a room key like is used on a door to a house and directed to a parking lot at the rear of the building and told the doors would let me into the first floor. The doors used to have card key locks, but the handles were broken and the doors did not lock or latch. There was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway even though there were No Smoking sign near all the doors. The room had peeling paint and something had struck the corner of a wall and broken the plaster. We immediately called the number provided by the front desk and a woman answered. After explaining we did not feel safe, she said to contact Expedia and the room charges would be refunded. I received an email from OYO a bit after this asking if we are happy with the room. I tried calling the number the next morning, but after being on hold for about 10 minutes and being told we next in queue, we were disconnected.
I will never stay at any OYO property in the future since this is how they treat their customers. Today, 3 days after we left the room, Expedia informed me there will be no refund of the room charges. Nice that a company can lie to customers and get away with it. I have photos of the peeling paint and damaged wall but am not able to post them. I will not use Expediea again if my refund is not provided.

The woman in charge of helping me with my reservation was horrible. She treated me poorly. They didn’t tell me I was getting a queen bed room although I reserved a king room bed and they tried to make me settle for it but I noticed it was not a king bed so I called to see what they can do and she said well go find another hotel and I’ll give you your money back. They are not in the business for hospitality at all. Never coming here and will be posting on my social media my experience so no one has to go through this!

Halls smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. Broken down rv and cars in the parking lot. Room itself was iffy at best we opened the window to get fresh air only to get hot boxed with cigarette smoke because people were smoking in the rooms and on ground floor.

When I check into this hotel the man that helped me was very patient and kind. He also had a lot of dog/cat hair all over his sweater. When I walked in my room the bed was super noisy and squeaky everytime you’d move. The paint on the walls was ripped off. There were holes and dirt on the walls. The bathroom looked like it didn’t get cleaned for weeks. It was very uncomfortable to be there.

Property was unclean and not as shown in the listing photos. Bed had dirty and likely bugs, floors were sticky, holes in walls and broken furniture and fixtures. Whole building smelled like cigarette and there were cigarette butts on the floor inside. We walked inside and immediately turned around. Took us a week of arguing with Expedia to eventually get a response from the hotel about a refund. Overall bad experience.

The couple managing the property were helpful and responsive. The property is dated, worn, and in need of maintenance, but it offers budget lodging compared to other properties in the area. The beds were comfortable The bathroom was quite small with an awkwardly placed clothes rack - watch your head. It appears that the property also serves as subsidized housing for a number of people. We are glad such housing exists for those in need, but did not expect the combination of purposes here. That being said, it did not present a problem during our stay.

Upon arrival, office was locked. Check-in begins at 4 pm, office closes at 5.
Attempted to call the # listed for the hotel, but that connected me to a call center type of messaging system. Finally called a number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the office door.
The employee answered and promptly entered the office and checked me in.
Upon entering the building- door handle was broken and hanging, partially connected to the door.
Walked up 2 flights of stairs which had garbage, stickers, socks and environmental debris scattered all around them. Upon entering room, we noticed a large "Spray" type of stain on the ceiling above the bed. Was it soda? Dark beer? Tobacco spit?
Unknown. I put on gloves, took a hand towel from the bathroom and scrubbed it off.
Window screen was slightly bent and did not completely seal, and screen had small tears on the same side.
Queen bed was queen sized, but with the thickness of a roll-out cot bed. Painfully uncomfortable.
Shower had nearly no water pressure. Very low pressure. Was like 8 continuous streams from a cheap plastic squirt gun. Curtain rod was held up by the assistance of some folded up paper. A portion of a box from some kind of product?
Heat in shower and sink was good & stayed heated.
No issue there.
Microwave & fridge clean & functional.
Parking lot had cars/RVs with people living in them.
NOT worth the $$$- especially with holiday $$$ increase.

Our room's floor was sticky. We could hear everything next door and in the hallway. The bathroom door had a hole someone punched in or kicked.Bed was decent if very noisy due to a weird metal frame. The gyu that checked us in was nice. The property as a whole is quite sketchy. We booked it in a pinch as non-refundable for way too much $$.

It was traumatic, the rooms were disgusting, the staff told me I was “wrong” and then argued with me about it, nobody ever did show up to clean.
There was wrappers under the bed, the pillows were wet and had stains, same with the sheets. The bathroom was literally yellow, a very musty yellow, which matched the unexplainable smell that roamed throughout the entire building.
CONSTANT smoking and arguing right outside the room windows, which were completely missing locks or screens, there’s a massive metal bar to hopefully keep you safe.
There’s a lack of fire extinguishers, the locks on the doors are terrible and honestly I wouldn’t sleep here, the soda machines are broken, and from what I’ve personally seen in my half day there, it’s probably because of the people that will literally grab onto and wrestle it.
There’s eviction notices on some of the doors, which tells me this isn’t just a hotel for paying customers, but also a place of less than desirable clientele.
There’s supposedly no smoking, but it’s clear that isn’t true, especially like I said, when it is taking place directly in front of your room windows.
The side door to the building doesn’t lock, anybody can come in or out, anytime. They don’t ask you for ID, even when I checked in they didn’t want to see it.
There’s not enough characters this app gives me to describe to you how terrible this place is, I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy come here, even just to visit.

Oh my. Interesting weekend. I checked online this morning. The website said the kite festival is on, regardless of the forecast. So we arrived at 3:30 pm.
Indications it might be risky to stay here:
1. Gps took us to the parking lot where there was no signage indicating this is a motel, and there are a few abandoned vehicles. So we drove around several times until we finally found the front of the motel.
2.Paper sign on the door says no check-in before 4 pm. So we went to dinner.
3. Came back at 5:30, sign on door says office closed at 5 pm. Called an emergency number, and they came out to let us in.
4. Pulled into the parking lot again, the first thing we saw was a young man going through all the trash bins.
5. Lock on the door from the parking lot to the hallway has been busted open, so the door will not close, let alone lock.
6. Foul odor in downstairs hallway.
7. No elevator, but we are still glad to be on the second floor for safety reasons. The outside doorway on the second floor is so rotten that you can see daylight under the door.
8. Strong Marijuana smell in the second story hallway.
9. We get into our room and see that the bedroom window is open, and the lock has been broken completely off. Called management, and they brought a bar for us to put in the window to secure the slider.
10. The door to our room has a single lock (no deadbolt) and a flip lock. However, the door jam that the flip lock screws into has been pulled away from the wall...

really unprofessional. when going to check in, the lobby was closed and it was only 6:45 yet the door was unlocked? stood there for about five minutes before somebody came out and helped me. the guy looked high out of his mind, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, almost giving me a dirty room until his employee came out and started helping him and corrected it. they didn’t check anything (card info, ID, etc), didn’t have me sign anything, gave me no information or anything, except a key…
when going to the room, the outside doors to the building are broke so anybody can get in.. the hallways/stairways are nasty and spell like wet animals and marijuinna.
our room was dirty. garbage on the floor, crumbs in the bed, pet hair in the bed. the room we were in had a door to the room next door (locked from both sides so no problem there) other than the fact you heard every single thing they did/said..

I visited here with family, I got one room for my self and family for their room. Front desk messed up booking twice…. The room key they gave me was 209 which was meant for my family the room 209 was ok but the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling it was gross
And Room 107 I slept in my room for myself was disgusting there was crumbs EVERYWHERE THE wall closes to the bed has sooo many mystery stains/smudges.
I have 4 family members has witness for these two rooms NEVER AGAIN WILL BE BOOK OR STATING at this place.
I’m a property manager and this was a horrible kept room and property. If OYO is posting nice pictures of the place they should try to make sure it looks its best and not like a total dump where nothing was clean and people check out and check in without rooms being cleaned.

Based on the photos when I booked I knew it wouldn’t be the fanciest place I’ve stayed at but it looked clean and adequate. We got there 5 minutes before check in. There was no one in the lobby, just a number to call for service. When the guy showed up he said our room wasn’t clean yet and to come back in an hour. We walked back out to our car ready to book a different place and suddenly the guy was at our car saying our room was ready. The room… has seen better days. There were clusters of dog hair and kibble on the floors and for some reason the security locks are gone from the room doors which made us uncomfortable. I suspect the place has several long term residents as we saw people going to the desk to collect their mail.
