Great view! Room was minimalist but clean and comfortable.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean. Safe. Ocean view being so high up on a hill. Truly enjoyed staying here. Has everything you need!

Good shopping mall but hotel amenities are limited

I booked off the overall rating rather than reading the comments, which was a mistake. The rooms are very, very small with a 2 person table. 1 person can’t sit at the table because it’s against the mini fridge. The bed is a metal frame with 1 mattress, if you want to call it that. It felt like a foam pad and my back ached all night. There really isn’t any place to it suitcases other than the floor. While the place sits above Hwy 101 it is still very noisy from the traffic. I would not stay here again.

Things were ok here through 1 stay and half of another, when wifi suddenly went out. I sucked it up a few hours, noting it once to staff and getting brushed off. When nothing changed, and falling behind on work, I reported it again -- and was met with literally shrieking, hysterical insane abuse. They also simply denied the outage, saying it was working, which was *obvious*ly false -- but they refused more than a dozen times, while shrieking, to even look at my laptop with me, so I could show them the disconnect. They had to be well aware of it -- and has no interest in admitting it let alone doing anything about it. So, partly to verify that the problem was the wifi not my machine, and partly to get some work done -- and feeling physically unsafe from the insanely hostile behavior -- I went out (despite *also* feeling unsafe for my stuff in the room, while away), on my bike in wet weather, to 3 diverse public places, getting online normally in all. Returning to the motel and finding still no change, I reported the outage yet again, this time as verified, and got even more abuse. I had no Net there for my last 21 hr there. I'm in work with my MasterCard to remove at least 1 of my 2-night stay -- for the abuse even more than the lack of a critical basic advertised service. Part of the abuse was their insistence they'd sue if I removed any charge. Well, from the card's stance, it's as likely to be the *whole* charge as 1 night. And I can't wait to meet their lawyers.

Not particularly helpful or friendly and expensive for what you get which is basic and minimal

A hot shower and bed are all I need, so I don't need much. For the price, it is everything I needed.

Other thwn having some issues with the door lock in the beginning and the bed being terrible it was a nice small room.

Really steep hill getting in and out. Blind corners to get around getting out. Property staff was unfriendly when we had an issue getting into our room. Room was clean and very basic.

It looks old & unkept. The lady who waited on us plus the cleaning staff were great. We couldn’t have been treated any better. Property definitely needs updated.

It's a good deal. The hotel is clean. There is no furniture in the room, but considering it's relatively cheap so it is OK. It's very close to 101 road, so it's a bit noisy.

The place was. Very nice.Everything was very cleane, stocked, staff was friendly, understanding, accommodating, would most definitely book here again! And will in the future!

The sheets were used and not cleaned. When we got in, you can still smell the body odor. The cleaning staff came in without knocking at 9 am while my wide was still sleeping.

Very clean and updated room. Driveway in and out was a little tricky. Would highly recommend for the price!!!! No AC, but didn’t need it anyway.

My only complaint is that there were only metal stools with no backs to sit on. Not comfortable at all, I put a multi-folded bath towel on one and used the wall for a back so I managed. A padded chair with a back would have been much nicer. The proprietor was very nice and the room, otherwise, was nice and clean.

All around nice stay, very comfortable and extremely clean! Bed was very comfortable! What would have made it even better would have been stronger water pressure in the shower and a real chair to set in.

I was just there for a concert at the Casino to avoid driving home late at night. it is within ez walking distance and a great alternative if you don't want to stay at Chinook Winds. Ez check in and out. Clean room. Close parking. Not much else I can add. I left at sunrise.

I would come back again.

The room was absolutely bare bones, but since I only needed a bed, it was ok. Definitely not deluxe.

Clean and newly remodeledrooms

It was clean. Absolutely no amenities. Had to put our belongings on the floor because there was nowhere to put them. Very small table and two stools no chairs. Vanity in bathroom was super small and it was hard to find any room to put our toiletries which was actually minimal. Super steep driveway going into property and it had holes in the blacktop. Will not return.

The rooms were incredibly clean and homely feeling compared to other motels I've stayed in recently.

Room had little to no furniture. Had to leave bags in floor. Poor lighting.

Looking for a great budget motel in Lincoln City, OR? This one is super clean, well equipped for what is needed, comfortable bed, elevated up off 101 for a nice peekaboo view of the ocean and less traffic noise than those at street level. We loved our stay. No A/C but that is rarely a problem at the beach. Just open the front window and the door and let the ocean breeze come right it. No coffee machines in room...but the office keeps a warm pot, and a great coffee vendor (Human Bean) is just across the street.
