The hotel had more of a lodge feel than a hotel. The air conditioning worked partially, and the bathroom was not user-friendly as the water easily spilled over the bathtub. The service could also have been better.

The hotel is lying: they say it's located at 5 minutes from the metro station, it's not true (it's at 30 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station) Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé par l'hotel: cet hotel est loin de la station de metro, il est situé à une distance de 30 minutes minimum de la station de metro la plus proche, c'est un hotel isolé! Please keep in mind that the hotel is isolated, if you're taking public transport, it will be very difficult to find this hotel! On est arrivé par métro la nuit, et on a passé des heures à chercher l'hotel!!

We stayed there 10 days and overall the experience was disappointing for a hotel that claims family friendly. There was no coffee or water dispenser in the lobby, you had to ask the staff. Room had no coffee machine,iron, fridge and microwave in the room . Which made things difficult.one day we received old towel from front desk because we got late night. I noticed later towels were old torn. Bathroom had 3 in one soap dispenser not like soap and shampoo breakfast was same everyday with little variety and items were

Went for a 1 night stay but was surprised that the restaurant was not open on a Saturday evening. Why this surprise? Because a few days before they assured me during a call that dinner would be served on that Saturday. I also was not able to connect to their wifi system and this was not because I am stupid!

It was the first time we visited France it was a good hotel that we reserved and booked they provide you with coffee tea and cups daily in hotel however you need to provide your own water or use the water from the bathroom. The location is quite unusual given that it's right but they have a kettle in each room. It is next to the motorway so you have to do a bit of walking in order to go to the nearest shops the hallway smelt of cigarettes and and if you open some of the windows like in our rooms there are signs that people smoked within the rooms as they were burnt cigarette Ashes on the window ledge. Overall didn't have any issues staff of friendly room service was frequent.

hotel rooms are small and neglected. employees are uninterested. you pay for everything. room is not clean check intake long time. The price and service are not commensurate. the walls are so thin that you hear what's going on in the next room

Reception was really blunt no explanation or any useful things for the hotel the room in general was clean and tidy as expected No parking for me as it should have been I had to park my car on disabled area cause I was supposed to have at least somewhere to park The only good thing was the technology of the room.

The first night I stayed in the hotel , I found a bedbug on the bed . I even took video of it for evidence. I went down to the reception the guy said that the only thing he can do is to change my room . He gave me an other room but I couldn’t sleep because I was traumatised . I would like they send to an other hotel on the same company but the said NO . I didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel and I don’t appreciate the service . I was shocked

I had a really enjoyable time seeing the sights of Paris. The hotel is fine. The Metro Station is a five or six minute walk. During daylight hours, the local area seems OK but the atmosphere seems to change as darkness falls. I would reccommend taking a taxi to the hotel rather than walking.

Enjoyed our stay here, it’s far from the centre so was just used as somewhere to sleep. Approx 10minute walk to metro station. Had dinner once and the food was ok but not great, menu selection was small and things not available on children’s menu. The room was ideal for 1 adult 3 children, 2 twins adjoining. Shower was great. Disposable cups provided with the tea and coffee. Overall maybe better than I expected for the money!

Local area there is nothing, but the distance between hotel and metro is about 5 - 10min short walk. This hotel was very nice and comfortable for a short stay and the benefit it had free parking which was great. It was like staying in a Ibis but at a cheaper rate.

Location is the only big down fall. It is a little worn out and in need of new carpeting, but everything else was expected as it was.

The hotel is gated and feels safe to stay because you have to be buzzed in at night. Someone is there 24 hours. I was able to check in late since flight landed late and check out at 4am since flight to leave was early. I was unlucky with the room where the bathroom was leaking so the first morning I woke up there, walked on the carpet near the restroom, the floor was completely wet and soaked. When we left and came back, our room smelled funny because of the water. Rooms were small but it’s nice how there were two rooms in a hotel room.
