We used this hotel as our hotel when we had a football game at Wembley Stadium. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids so we had 2 triple rooms. There was a mix up at check in which took staff a little while to fix with the booking but it was eventually handled. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and quiet. We would stay again if watching a game at Wembley.

This hotel is excellent. The room was a descent size and the staff at reception ( I think her name was Flora) and her colleague was so helpful and polite. Breakfast was outstanding. The whole of the hotel is beautiful and clean. There are loads of local shop right outside. Plenty of takeaways and off licence. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Bathroom was flooded, internet didn’t work, had to move 2x, tv reception was poor. Hotel should invest in a refrigerator and microwave in each room.
