    The hotel is excellently situated for Berlin’s many attractions. Having been renovated comparatively recently it is modern, fresh and with good facilities for this price range. Helpful staff and excellent housekeeping. My only reservation is its lack of IT connectivity. Take a modern conversion plug. They have points in the restaurant but my cable wouldn’t work to recharge my phone. I was continuing on to France and my cable worked perfectly there.

    long distance of subway. only have to use bus !!! difficult to find good restaurant / shop near hotel. In room, not convenient, and some strong smell. not recommand for this hotel. even , for checkout in early morning, I had to hurry to catch bus , but cleark said “you not paid”. Of course I paid to AGODA already but he did not processe checkout. I showed all capture of PAYMENT IN AGODA APP, received PDF receipt to him. It was not good experience of stay in this hotel. NOT RECOMMAND.

    The location is convenient, but the overall experience was hampered by poor cleanliness and limited facilities. While hot water was reliable, housekeeping left much to be desired, and the lack of amenities and unappealing views were disappointing. Staff were somewhat helpful, though the value for money didn't quite match expectations.
