    The room was newly renovated and had a big flat screen tv. Bed was comfortable. Internet connection good. But no bottled drink, kettle or fridge. Infused water was available in the lobby. The lady receptionist was unpleasant. The management should teach her about the hospitality industry. A little kindness would go a long way. We were a bit early cos we read check in was at 2. She said the information was wrong and refused to check us in even for a few minutes early. So we waited and she just disregarded us. The next reception on duty was pleasant . Dealt with check in and gave a room on the first floor cos the lift was not working.
