    No heating or hot water. Poor WiFi . Staff admitted frequent problems with their heating system but during my stay of five days they were not able to fix. I am a constant traveler for more than two years staying in hotels around the world everyday and this one is the worst overall experience so far.

    I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The lift is outdated and does not feel safe or comfortable. The room was not comfortable at all. The mattress was very thin and made a lot of noise whenever I moved, which made it difficult to sleep. The curtains were broken and could not block the sunlight, so the room was too bright early in the morning. Because of these issues, I could not sleep properly during my stay. I also tried to upload photos of the room to show the condition, but I kept getting an error. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

    Check out was at 11a. At 11:02a, a man started banging on the door to get guests out. He repeated this again 5 minutes later. He was really frightening. Super unpleasant.

    The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as it didn't meet basic expectations. The staff were generally helpful, but there was room for improvement in service. While the facilities offered a decent range of options, they didn't stand out. Overall, the experience was average, and I would suggest looking around for better value elsewhere.
