    I stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and overall it was a good experience. The biggest advantage is the location. It's in a great area, directly connected to a shopping mall, close to the stadium, and with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. One suggestion for future guests is to keep the receipt or proof of the security deposit collected at check-in. During check-out, the front desk did not mention the refund of the deposit, and I had to present the receipt before it was processed. It would be better if the hotel proactively reminded guests about the refund process to avoid any confusion. On the downside, the housekeeping could be improved. The cleanliness of the room did not fully meet my expectations, and I believe more attention to detail would make a big difference. Another disappointment was that the hotel provided only one complimentary bottle of drinking water at check-in for the entire stay, with no daily replenishment. For guests staying more than one night, it would be much better if bottled water were provided each day. As for the hotel's food, I didn't have the opportunity to try it. Since the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, I preferred dining there, as it offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and a supermarket, making it easy to find meals and snacks at any time. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a short stay, thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. With some improvements to housekeeping, guest amenities, and the check-out process for security deposits, it would provide an even better guest experience.

    The staff are amazing, respectful,friendly and very supportive and caring. I wish I had the chance to say bye before my check_out. The food is delicious and fulfilling.The location is great for the overall price ,especially it is attached to a huge mall. But there is construction,trains and less nature. My room was honestly not the best,because it had no window and no kettle. Maybe it is my fault of not asking to change. overall, I recommend it. The people are the highlight of my trip to Geneva. Amazing! Great English and French speakers as well. ♥️

    The staff was very courteous and prompt. Rooms was bright and clean. Breakfast was same almost everyday though good variety of good and beverages. The restaurant staff was very sweet and always served with smile. I would definitely stay here again in future.

    This is the first hotel in Europe especially in Swiss that requires deposit!! The Wifi is unreliable and it kicks you out frequently so when I asked support from reception to send someone (maintenance staff-IT-) they say come to reception so we can fix it!! Apparently they short-staff, also no one to help you move the luggage. To be honest I can’t call it 4 stars hotel.
