Location was very central to most bars and restaurants. You can have a leisure walk to the old town from the hotel as well. Hotel was clean. And room fairly spacious.

The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Bilbao is a great city!

The hotel staff is is shining point. They were amazing. The hotel is very walkable to many sites and only 3 minutes from a Bilbao Metro stop ( Sam Mamés). The €10 breakfast is a great bargain.
Rooms are clean with some older furniture, but it would not deter me from staying there again. You may have to remind housekeeping to keep the soap/ shampoo dispensers filled, but that was honestly my only complaint. We even had on an early morning flight on our last day, and the manager arranged for a takeaway picnic breakfast for us at 4 AM. That's service!
