Very classy and well maintained hotel in the heart of Vichy. The staff were wonderful and the warm hand towel upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a large soaker tub and walk in shower. The access to the Vichy spa was across a walking bridge so you could go in your bath robe ..

Deluxe park view room - lovely view and quiet. Sun all afternoon. Room was spotless, check-in person was great, wifi - no problems.
