Great location in the heart of Vichy. Arrived near restaurant closing time and the staff were super friendly and had a wonderful meal. Very reasonably priced and central to all spa facilities. Clean and bright and spacious. Good breakfast.

The hotel is well located and both the centre and riverside are within walking distance of. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and parking was convenient.

The Hotel was under renovation One person on reception, 2 people serving on the bar no customers!
The room was clean as it was new, the fridge empty no water except an empty bottle, very small room for the loo, not really a 4 star Hotel. I refer to our stay in a proper 4 star the Martinez . The location was fine we have stayed at this Hotel some years before it was much better then. A disappointing stay. You need to sort your staff out!!
