Everything is newly renovated, smells of new! All is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and professional. The lobby is quite modern and nicely decorated.
The cleaning staff is excessively noisy in the early morning, talking among themselves instead of respecting the quiet hours when guests expect to relax — not be woken up by their conversations.

Rooms clean, quiet, warm, bathroom had bath with shower attachment.
The bed was large and had spare pillows. The window was large and had thick curtains but no shutters. In winter this wasn't an issue but could be an issue in the summer with the sun waking you up early if you're a light sleeper.
Breakfast was OK. Hot food was bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, there were also cereals, various breads and croissants, flapjacks, yoghurt. The fresh fruit section was a bit simple with apple compote or oranges. But everything was well laid out. Tea coffee and fruit juice were offered along with the local bottled water.
The air-conditioning in our room was intermittently very noisy, which woke us up several times in the night.
There didn't seem to be any USB plugs in the room, so you would need to bring a plug in charger that fits a french electrical socket
The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my partner liked it.
