The room was really old and so small. There is no place to put your luggages. Cleaning wasnt good enough. Towels weren’t clean. Even coffee machine’s water tank was in a terrible condition. The cleaning staff never renew coffee, tea, towels and so on. They did it after we asked about it. Furniture, curtains, shower equipments all should be modified and renovated. The sink in lavatory drains it on the furniture. There is no enough pressure on it and so uncomfortable to wash your hands. There is no shampoo or gel in the shower. Only a hand soap gel and you have to wash with it. The only things I could say positive about the accommodation are the friendly reception staff and location. There are really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Also it is easy to get metro station which is steps away. As a result, the hotel isnt worth for its price. Really too old.

Good experience! Property was clean, the location was great and within walking distance / easy metro to everything we wanted to do and no surprises. The room itself was smallish and quite basic, but it had everything we needed (bar maybe a mini fridge) and the air con was great! The standout was the staff and the service were excellent, would definitely recommend!

The hotel was kind enough to install a portable cot into our bedroom. Bad side is, given the extremely small rooms, the cot occupied a huge part of it. Luckily we had a foldable stroller, otherwise it would have taken a nightmare. Super silent rooms. We couldn't hear the neighbours at all!

Nice little hotel in a quiet street just off Rue Legrand. Convenient location not far away from Villliers Metro station. Rooms are clean, comfortable, if a little tight on space. Lighting in my room was a bit dark. Curtains were blackout lined so you had a good nights sleep uninterrupted by any light from outside. Showers were lovely and hot. 24 hrs reception was good to have if you arrived later than anticipated.

The manager exceeded our expectations with the rooms provided. We loved our rooms and we were very comfortable the week we stayed at the hotel. It was easy to access the metro and the neighborhood was quieter. We were very pleased.

The stay was alright. Close to train station and bus stops. Nonetheless, the room was quite small and not very comfortable but the services were quite good.

The property is located within east reach to Paris main attractions. Metro is just a few steps away with nice restaurants and cafe around the property. Most importantly the rooms has a nice comfortable bedding with a nice clean restrooms and shower that has water running well. I liked this property since the room has a nice air conditioning which is operating well all though out my 5 nights stay. You won’t hardly find a room in Europe that has a room that has air conditioning like this property. Room temperature is just perfect and was properly set up. I would consider this hotel again on my next visit to Paris. I would like to complement the staff that checks me in he was very nice and accommodating. There is another staff at the front desk who is from Spain and was very friendly and helpful whenever I have inquires. I highly recommended this property for the price paid..

A nice, clean, simple room to a good standard to allow any type of visitor a good starting location to explore Paris. Not located up any crazy hills, or in a rough location, I found my stay perfectly fine. All bedding was clean and all the normal hotel extras were present. The only downside was a lack of a fridge, even though there seemed to be a cupboard with a...space just for one empty. Staff was helpful and friendly at all hours and allowed our bags to be stored on arrival and checkout without a surcharge (this is a nice touch). If you want to be super in the heart of the action maybe this isn't for you, but it is still located close enough to walk to main attractions or get an under 10euro taxi to any milestone. I will be looking into this hotel again on any return visits.

It was a charming little hotel. The building was very clean and in good repair. The rooms were perhaps a bit small, but it is central Paris, so all rooms tend to be small. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The location was very convenient for getting to and from major attractions. There was a supermarket open until 11pm which was nice for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great and quite spacious room with a good interior design. Room is not big but spacious enough to open up a luggage. Desk is rather small but still adequate enough for a laptop. Bed is queen size and very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and simple, water pressure is excellent, and hot water supply is very consistent. One thing about the bathroom is the smell of drainage, which is a bit annoying. Just remember to close the bathroom door before you go to sleep, or else the smell of drainage might wake you up. The room has no fridge, which I didn't expect. Overall the room is very comfortable. Staff is quite friendly and polite, but not very warm. The night staff was however very warm and friendly. Wifi is quite good but can be slow some time. The location is great, market, cafes and supermarket are nearby. The closest metro station gets you everywhere.

Good place just to go sleep after a long day of sight seeing. The hotel is clean and in good repair. It has a lovely seating area both in the lobby and garden. We stayed for 2 reservations, four days total and in both occasion they put us in room 7. Avoid room 7 if possible, you’ll hear people waking up and down the steps at night and will wake you up in the morning. Book only through Expedia you’ll get a better rate ex. $119.00 CAD for a queen bed per night- if you book directly with them it’s around €160 Euros! In my opinion that is overpriced for this place. Overall the staff are pleasant (although manager should speak more kindly and calm and listen when something is addressed respectfully). Would I recommend? Sure, if you only need it to rest after a long day. They offer breakfast for €12.00 Euros but there are a lot of coffee shops near by and can get something for cheaper.

We had such a great time at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We forgot our debit card when we left. They called us right away in order to return it to us, thanks so much!!! Location is excellent. Plenty of diverse kind of restaurants just feet and blocks away. Nearby metro station (Villiers) where you got two lines (2 and 3) where you can get anywhere if you know how to make lines combinations. The neighborhood is safe, we got back a few times around midnight. Hotel is clean as well. A little tiny but who cares? We enjoyed Paris so much that we used the room only to sleep and shower after all. I highly recommend this place!!!

A cosy and warm stay. New and clean rooms. Good location. 5 mins walk to metro, many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Very nice local area. Front desk was very helpful to arrange for taxi early morning. They accommodate our request to hold my son’s luggage even though we have check out. Thank you so much.

Was perfect for a weekend away in Paris! The staff were excellent and there was a 24 hour service of helpful staff. Room was small but perfect with a large comfy bed. The window opened wide and the street was very quiet. Decor was modern and very clean. An amazing hotel with the ability to walk in to the centre or a cheap Uber ride. Very well priced!

The staff at Hotel Jardin de Villiers were very friendly and responsive to our needs. As well, the hotel is in a very good location with many restaurants (especially Chez Leon and Le P'tit Canon) vegetable stands, and patisseries close by. The Metro is only a few blocks away also.

I am not new to Paris. By now I have stayed in many hotels close to Madeleine or Opera, in a walking distance to almost everything you need to see in the city. The hotel is so old that it cannot be considered as a 3 star hotel. Maximum 2 stars, even worse. The stuff is friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is just very old. There is NO noise isolation between the rooms, you hear everything you are not supposed to hear. And in the middle of the night it's not fun. Breakfast is extremely poor : pains au chocolat, croissants, toasted bread, yogurt, primitive cerial ... That's it. And also the hotel is not located close to the "touristic area", you will have to walk minimum 20 minutes fast to reach Opera or Madeleine. Of course you can take the Metro but ... when you are in Paris you'd better walk ... Bottom line : if you are on a budget there are many other better options ... much better.
