L'Edmond Hotel Parc Monceau

Very nice hotel and conformable and v good front desk support stuff for any inquiry. Rooms are good enough for accommodation as I book the 4 people one bed room and sofa bed, with small kitchen.

There is nothing serious , there were some smell coming from the kitchenette wash sing and we report it to be fixed.

The team was amazing and reallywarm and welcoming, the facility was very good and we loved the room, and how it was very well equipped with everything you need as a family. I personally loved the coffee machine in the room :) The location was also very good, in a classy area that is not far from the main attractions, and very close to the metro, also there are so many supermarkets and nice services around the hotel.

The breakfast was very limited to the French traditional options, no salads or vegetables which would be appreciated for non French guests. The sofabed had a couple of springs pointing out and making the sleep a little painful for the kids, but we managed ourselves with it.

I loved the location and how clean it is

The bathroom smells bad and the door to the suite wad broken and i told them 3 times to come and fix it and they didnt do anything about it also there was no slippers or water and that was an odd thing for a hotel
