Simpler stay, good location, room was fresh.
Nothing in room except bed and toilet. No instant coffee, no shampoo nothing.

The hotel was in a calm, residential area, with traditional Parisian architecture. The room was quiet and clean with a large, comfortable bed. The room was a reasonable size for a traditional Parisian building, with air conditioning, a powerful shower, hairdryer and toiletries provided, and I was offered a bottle of water as soon as I checked in. I liked the area as it was close to two metro stops (Rome on line 2, Villiers on lines 2 and 3) but if you enjoy walking, you can easily walk into the centre of Paris. You can also see the Sacré Coeur basilica from the end of the road! I got an amazing deal on my two-night stay so it was great value for money.
The staircase is narrow and might be difficult for people with reduced mobility, but there is a lift.

the welcome at the hotel was very good and there was someone on reception at all times
the hotel is situated in a very narrow street and not suitable for guests with cars. The rooms were very small

Good location, clean and modern room
A/C did not work in the room, night staff member was rude as there was a mix up on their end about our booking.
