The hotel is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to all amenities. The facilities within the hotel are very modern. Every room has a spa bath which is a nice touch.
The spa is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities.
The only disappointing thing was that the spa is not included in the price for hotel guests and we were not aware of this as it is not specified in the description.
The only other issue was the blackout curtains were missing the side pieces and so we were woken up early hours of the morning due to the amount of daylight entering the room., we reported this issue straight away and unfortunately the lady who checked us in was not helpful! We had to report it 5 times. Eventually two members of staff named Bruce & Rajae were wonderful, they made it up to us 🙂
