    Rooms are small yes - but you know what you are getting. Its good for the price. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby too - plenty of options. I didn't pay for breakfast -choosing to eat outside instead. Metro was walking distance which was good for me - I was able to walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go, and used the train for longer destinations. Very easy to find.

    Pierre and his team are so lovely and made us feel very welcome as first time guests to Paris with little knowledge of the French language. They made it so easy for us and had a great sense of comfort knowing the reception was 24 hours and just down the hall if we needed. The location is in a quiet side street close to lots of shops, restaurants and public transport options which made it very easy to get around. Our room was beautifully set up with the heater going which was great as it was cold on our stay. Everything was super clean and felt cosy. The only very minor downfall was our toilet when flushed kept dripping water and had to push the flush button again softly to make stop but apart from that we had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a cosy get away.
