One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a gorgeous patio just steps from the pool. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The condominium complex is stunning, beautiful nature, three palms, amazing pools, a jacuzzi area, and a kids’ pool. The beach feels practically private, which was absolutely wonderful.

It’s a bit far from most of the tourist attractions but if you’re looking for quiet place with beautiful energy this place is definitely for you.

Disappointing

The apartment was beautiful and as per pictures, clean and well equipped.Ground floor with lovely seating area overlooking the pool

This is not a family friendly apartment. We had 3 young boys with us who yes are playful and loud at times in the pool. The response from the building manager was to have 2 security staff surround our children and walk them to another pool. They then proceeded to watch them like criminals whilst they played. On 2 occasions security tried to approach my 2 year for picking a leaf. In total over or 2 day stay my kids only spent 3 hours in the pool and every time they put a toe in the pool we were surrounded by security. It really put a very bad feel on the start of our holiday. The apartment is beautiful, hosts great but definitely not child friendly unless Ur kids are quiet as a mouse

Great hosts, open and quick communication. Pools were great and the complex is very quiet and peaceful.

Location is something to be aware of, with a family everything is a taxi, only resort restaurants walking distance.

If you’re looking for a peace and quiet place for you to rest with your love ones, you have chose the right place.

Great place, really clean and comfortable, the people here are very private, the residents and other guests did not make any loud noises, everyone respects their neighbors’ privacy. Great location, too, you can easily walk out to the beach to do sunbathe or watch sunset. Not to mention the swimming pool access room (also jacuzzi) on the 1st floor, we love it!!! There’s even a gym, for those who wants to burn some calorie during the stay and a massage stall right at the beach. Also, you can call nearby local restaurants, they also do deliveries to Baan Mai Khao and there are two 7-eleven nearby and they are not too far (by car or by motorcycle). Lastly, the host, Marcus & Kazuko are very nice, they always promptly answer to your inquiries. All and all, we will definitely come back :)

Definite 'go-to' for family stay

The facilities in the condo (washing machine + dryer, kitchen amenities) and the beach.

The taps in the shower in the smaller bathroom is difficult to set to warm shower. The location is far from tourist attractions. No cleaning service during the stay.

Excellent views and facilities, quiet and restful stay; weak link was the facility's reception.

The tranquility and exclusivity, along with the splendid view and excellent facilities, were among the key attractions. The owner was also very helpful.

The reception staff was passive and less than helpful when we encountered problems at the check-in. Even the security guards were more proactive and helpful than the reception staff.

Great place and highly recommended with direct beach and pool access.

this is a nicely designed and well maintained two bed room apartment with good space for a family of four. Visitors will find everything they could need. The host is responsive and provided a useful house manual. the compound is really nice and has pools accessible at your doorsteps besides the wonderful beach. Highly recommended for families or people who are looking for long stays to work from a peaceful and fun place.

there wasn't really anything that I didn't like. but for those who are looking for night life you will probably have to travel a bit.

Le Condo est très calme , les piscines gigantesques et sans personne . L’appartement , très spacieux ,donne sur une des piscines directement . Les hôtes sont très prévenants et très réactifs à la moindre question . Lave linge et cuisine sont très pratiques

Все было достойно. Очень хорошие апартаменты на первом этаже, выход на большой бассейн. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и внимательный. Постоянно на связи, любые вопросы решали очень быстро. В квартире есть все что нужно для проживания и даже более.

Apartamentul este superb și are super facilități

Apartamentul este foarte mare, frumos și curat, foarte bine dotat cu ce ai nevoie! Burete de vase nou, șervețele de bucătărie, blender, tot ce e necesar să te simți ca acasă. Piscina mare, curățenie peste tot . Zona este superbă dacă vrei ceva mai departe de agitație și multă lume pe plajă și să îți gătești tu

În zona toate restaurantele sunt foarte foarte scumpe comparativ cu plajă nai yang sau chiar krabi, iar mâncarea nici pe departe la fel de bună. Restaurantele nu sunt chiar foarte aproape, ai ceva de mers, iar Pt familiile cu copii poate să fie mai complicat să te tot deplasezi spre restaurant. Zona e mai izolată, nu ai magazin chiar lângă tine, dar poți să iei un shuttle bus până la turttle village și ai acolo magazine, și acolo prețurile sunt mult mai mari decât normal, 700 bht o pizza medie. Transportul până acolo e gratuit cu autobuzul, ce am zis acuma nu are legătură cu apartamentul în sine, ci cu zona în care e situat. La apartamentul acesta m aș întoarce oricând
