I am very fortunate to say that my family and I have been coming and staying here (reasonably) consistently over the last 10 or so years. It gets better every time! I always look forward to these trips. The customer service is unreal.

Stunning surroundings, very clean, luxurious ambience and lovely staff. Great breakfast and the Italian restaurant was exceptional for vegetarians. Amazing facilities and activities for adults as well as children. Amazing massage on beach.

Outdated rooms, cramped and needs renovation. No mosquito control system which was frustrating.

A reminiscent reconnection without the kids after a decade since our last visit.

Breakfast was superb....... Certainly varied with ample variety. Oddly enough, I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetable station Due to red flag; we did not get to experience of the beach; but the various pools sufficed.

Would have been nice to have a hotel provided transport to the airport. That said, the taxi called was okay - the problem was sourcing the cash to pay him at the airport {eventually found an ATM machine} Could have done without that headache.

Memorable stay, worth returning.

They don't make them like this any more. The rooms are well -furnished and updated. The service is excellent. Staff is well-trained and believe in personal connection and touch. I guess apart from the rooms, facilities, excellent breakfast, the people make this place and that will definitely stay with us. Lots of facilities and activities too for those who want to engage. Many restaurants on property offering a decent range of options.

Pool doesn't have blue tiles, it is a personal peeve. Though it goes very well with the design and theme. Beach like most in Phuket during monsoon season is absolutely a no-go. Quite dangerous waves.

Family friendly and perfect for a short getaway!

Everything here was fabulous- the pools, the beach, the fire show, the sunset ritual, the turtle conservatory and the staff who remembered our names, and helped us to find the perfect adventures in the short time we had! The fact that there was a 7/11 and pharmacy infront of the hotel was also a huge plus! The food was fantastic- and the breakfast spread was elaborate!

It was overall a good experience with our children.

We liked the overall Look and vibe of the resort and the workers were great.

The pool gets haven’t been working, we asked for two plates for three days in a row and never recieved them. The sliding glass door in one of the rooms was broken so we couldn’t use that. Two of the nights one of the rooms couldn’t get hot water. The car services were too expensive it felt like we were trying to get taken advantage of when other apps are doing it for much less. Food quality at the restaurant were American prices but sub those same standards in taste and quality.

Pleasant stay, recommended to family with small kids

Quiet location, great facilities and helpful staff. We used the bikes with the kids, the playground and most of the restaurants. Pools are very nice as well as the beach. Our 3 kids enjoyed the night movies and the whole entertaining activities. It is the perfect place where to stay with kids.

Only one minor point at the check in. Early check in was not accomodated which, for a 5* resort like this one, it is not ssomethi g that has ever happened to me. We had to wait almost 3 hours before getting the room

Perhaps the best hotel in Phuket

We are the regular visitor to this property about a few times or more a year. The reason to choose this property is nice beach, best breakfast in Phuket and very close to the airport. It's actually 15 minutes drive from the airport.

The beach is clean but the width is not long. If the sea is not calm, it's difficult for the adults and kids to play near the beach.

The perfect family vacation with fantastic and lovely staff

Our family had an amazing vacation here! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing drink and warm smiles. The resort had lots of different restaurants and something for everyone. The rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully in the traditional Thai style. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids. My 4 and 2 year old loved going down the water slide and my baby also enjoyed the very shallow pool. The resort is a family vacation heaven where there are activities for kids at every corner such as paper crafts and twist balloons. There are also cool shows such as sunset ceremony and fire dancing on certain nights. The most outstanding part of the resort is the exceptional service. I was touched by how attentive and thoughtful the staff were. Servers were always smiling at our young kids, offering to feed my baby food so I could enjoy my meal, and moving the poolside umbrella so my baby wasn’t in the sun. Their warmth and genuine love for children made our trip truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!

The kids club is small and needs a bit of a refresh. It is a nice option to kill some time but there should be less screens (video games etc) in there.

Amazing breakfast. Decent rooms. Proximity to the beach. Well arranged resort. Good gym and facilities for sport. Wonderful staff everywhere - pool/ breakfast/ housekeeping/ gym/ reception. Turn down service was a nice added extra. Very few mosquitos.

We did arrive to a musty smelling room, which we did complain about and were given new sheets to replace the ones that also smelt musty (might have been in the bedding) but it didn't help much. We lived with it for a few days and then on the last day we complained again and were promptly upgraded to a much better larger room. We advise that if your room smells damp/ musty do complain promptly and request a room change as it is not good for your health. This was dealt with well and the reception staff were very apologetic, however we should have complained sooner and they should not really accommodate anyone in that room until the damp is addressed. We also weren't convinced the Air Con worked so well in that first room. We would say the level of the rooms was good with a good level of amenities but they do need a technical upgrade - positions for USB chargers etc.

The resort is beautifully nestled along the peaceful Mai Khao Beach, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a perfect and relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. What truly stood out was the outstanding service – every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. The restaurants on-site are also mostly top-notch and offer a great variety of cuisine. We particularly liked Ginja - the Thai Restaurant. The Gym and offered activities are top. We tried out a circuit training and two other group trainings which were absolutely fine. The pool areas and spa are absolutely serene – ideal for relaxing and recharging. The entire experience felt curated, personal, and truly luxurious without being pretentious.

Absolutely nothing to mention. It's just very quiet past 10h30 pm. So more suitable for people looking for tranquillity rather than a bustling night life.

She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — helping us with every question, arranging several wonderful surprises, including a lovely one for my birthday.
