Excellent reception, shown to our room and the amenities all described etc. The room was excellent, really handy Bluetooth speaker. Bed was so comfy we almost missed breakfast.
Dinner was very good, service attentive but not over bearing. The coffee was delicious.
Breakfast had a good selection and the service once again superb. It appears that nothing is too much trouble.
The only thing that let down our stay was our bathroom. 5 cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and the grout seemed to have disappeared. One segment of broken tile had lifted slightly and was quite sharp.
Don't let one bathroom discourage you from staying at this otherwise superb hotel.
