    The room was spacious with a clean bathroom and reliable hot water, complemented by efficient housekeeping. Facilities were impressive, enhancing the overall experience. The staff were helpful, and Wi-Fi worked well. Location was convenient though not perfect, but the value for money made the stay worthwhile.

    I was not pleased because like I said we need a new linen for the beds and the housekeeper told us that there was no clean linen at the time which was about 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon now what hotel has anybody ever in it don't have any linen clean with 200 something plus hotel rooms in the building now I still didn't receive clean linen next day I checked out 11:00 and still did not receive cleanliness like I said and then the night before that I was taking a shower and I'm soapy and the water just cuts off in the middle of my shower My daughter goes down to the front desk asking what happened to the water oh they had a problem so they had to shut it off in 25 minutes The shower didn't come back on until 3 hours and I had to wipe myself down with the towel to get the soap off I was very disappointed very upset they didn't forewarn us or nothing I am so irritated and so upset like I said no hotel has ever done me like this and I will not ever be there to book or stay with them again The area is crazy I mean it's just not in a good area as not the best hotel at all housekeeping you barely seen them front desk people very snooty and have people spying and then nothing about it I don't care for them I would never recommend nobody to this hotel

    The only downside for me was that the fridge didn't have a freezer for my ice packs.
