I always enjoy my stay. Staff are always helpful and professional. They even know me by name when I first walk in. About to book another stay.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the Staff including housekeeping as well as pleasant conversation with other guest. I also want to express my sincerity in taking these surveys. I'm not a guest giving a false review. These are my genuine feelings. You're asking and I'm telling you. Feel free to contact me directly if there's any questions. I wouldn't stay here as much as I do if I wasn't satisfied. Thank you

The staff were nice.
Some people were given a key to my reserved room mistakenly and tried to get in very aggressively while I was sleeping. People hanging out in the hallways all hours of the night I also requested extra towels and was told I couldn’t receive any. They don’t offer late check outs even if you pay The vending machine/room closes at 10pm
