Stay was very good! There were lots of things to do, it wasn’t very crowed, and the staff were very attentive. The only issue is that the ATM machines wouldn’t give out USD; only pesos were available. Maybe they could ensure it’s refilled more frequently. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

The room was in okay condition. I didn’t have a blow dryer and the iron I had to iron my clothes was in poor condition. When I called guest services they took 4 hours to bring to me after calling multiple times.
