My husband and I spent 5 nights. Our room was a Deluxe Sky terrace on the Adult Heaven side. The room was very nice and clean and it was an udated room. We had no issues with the room being humid. We had no issue getting a chair by the pool. Carlos at the bar was FANTASTIC. We had breakfast at Faro on the adult side and Elizabeth (J-Lo) was AWESOME.
We are not picky people in regards to food. I will say that I did have higher expectations for the food since it was the Hard Rock. In my opinion the best food was at the Tappenyaki Restaurant Zen.
Overrall it was a great vacation. The staff go above and beyond. The resort was clean and beautiful.

There was renovated and unregenerated buildings. I was there as part of a wedding and was placed in a room in building 1, which was not yet renovated.
The room had more than usual wear and tear, but there was a leak under the sink and a strong musty smell. However, the staff was very accommodating when we called about the smell in the room they sent somebody and when we asked to change rooms they accommodated that request. Please be aware that if you have room issues after 7:00 p.m. The staff on site may not be able to fully address your concerns until the next morning when the supervisory staff is on the property.
The staff was amazing and the hospitality was top tier.
