Amazing Lake Michigan beach home, located in Pentwater on a white sugar sand beach. Perfect for toes in the sand!
This home was built for family memories whether you are sitting around the bonfire having s'mores, enjoying a beach campfire in the Adirondacks, watching an amazing sunset at the beach, or grilling nightly on the new Weber grill on the 3rd level, over-sized deck!
This home has 5 bedrooms with Queen beds and a master queen bedroom. Total of 6 bedrooms. There is a bunkroom with 3 bunk beds set up. Comfortable for a family reunion of 15 guests.
The main living area on the 3rd floor boasts an open kitchen with brand new appliances and connected dining room and living room with vaulted ceilings, comfy couches, a flat screen TV and large windows to take in the beauty of the sunset after a day of fun on the water. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom is separated from the other bedrooms on this level and has its own tiled shower.
The bedroom area on the 2nd floor has 5 well-appointed bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 full and 1 half bathroom. The bunk room is on this level and has 3 bunk beds!
The 1st level entry that also has a walkout to the water has been updated with a new family playroom, including a flat screen on the wall and a ping pong table located near the laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is also a full bathroom with an updated shower adjacent to the screened in porch perfect for night time games without the bugs.
The home is 7 miles North of Silver Lake and 5 miles South of downtown Pentwater. Whether you are looking to have an active vacation or kick back with a book on the beach, this home can meet all your needs!
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Please note that these times are strict as turnaround times are tight.

We’ve stayed here three summers and have loved it. There’s lots of space, stunning views, a lovely very quiet beach, and kid-friendly toys inside and outside.

We've just returned from our **third stay** at this incredible Lake Michigan home, and it won't be our last! Every time we visit, we're reminded why it's one of our favorite vacation destinations.The location is simply unbeatable. The home sits on a beautiful stretch of Lake Michigan with breathtaking views and a beach that's perfect for relaxing, swimming, and making family memories.One of the things we love most is how well the property is equipped. There's truly no need to pack beach gear because it's already there! The owners provide beach towels, chairs, kayaks for both adults and kids, paddleboards, Spikeball, and so many other outdoor games and activities. It made our trip so much easier and allowed us to spend more time enjoying the beach.The kitchen is another highlight. As someone who enjoys cooking on vacation, this is one of my favorite kitchens anywhere. It's thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the incredible lake views make cooking breakfast or dinner an experience in itself.This home has everything you could want for a relaxing family getaway. It's comfortable, beautifully maintained, incredibly well-appointed, and feels like a true home away from home.We genuinely look forward to coming back each year. If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate—you'll create memories you'll cherish for years to come. We only wish we could spend every summer here!

Our family consists of 8 adults and 9 children. We had a wonderful week-long summer vacation at this Lake Michigan home a few miles south of Pentwater. This home had plenty of room for day time activities and for sleeping arrangements for the 17 of us. We appreciated how cabinets, drawers, light switches, etc. were labelled. But of course the highlight was Lake Michigan, with its sandy beach and sunsets. Even though the lake is very high this summer, there was adequate beach space. The water temperature varied quite a bit through the week, but was quite pleasant at times. We all loved our vacation here!
