☞ Security cameras record audio & videos at property-facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during the guest's stay. The home is outfitted with exterior Minut devices. These devices help us monitor noise levels without recording any sounds, ensuring privacy while promoting a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.
☞ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Michigan law prohibits gatherings beyond registered guests. Unauthorized events result in a minimum $1,000 fine and immediate removal with no refund.
☞ POOL & HOT TUB: A consistent 86°F, no heating surcharge. Pool service every Tuesday and Friday. Note: We sit on private acreage; occasional natural bugs are normal. Our pool is outdoor - light sand, natural debris & bugs are expected — this isn't grounds for a refund. We keep a skimmer/brush on hand if you'd like to tidy up between visits. Pool is seasonal (mid-April to early October, weather-dependent); rare off-schedule maintenance windows aren't refundable either.
☞ GROUNDKEEPING: Happens throughout the week to keep the pond, pool, and yard in top shape. Timing can shift due to weather.
