We was very pleased,we had the option to check in earlier was we like very much because after a long flight going earlier show is nice. The stuff member ***,she was just amazing 😍. The exactly what you expect from a Receptionist stuff. Friendly and helpful. When we had the option we had hug her as a sign to say thank you. Room Clean, Bed mattress was great , German pillows still too soft for our teast but is German Hotel business normal soft pillows. So please don't complain on it just ask friendly on the reception to have more in case you need. Otherwise the view from our room in 6 floor we enjoy, what you can see on the picture. The Tram outside just 125 m away from the Hotel entrance straight away Tram M5&M6 Klinikum am Friedrichshain Berlin. Just 4 Station away from U&S Bahnhof Alexanderplatz Berlin. In our experience wen you stay not long in Berlin best buy a 24 Hour ticket in case you like driving out with the public transport take the ABC ticket in moment 12,90€ pgro person in moment on the Maschine or BVG App. Breakfast in the hotel was in 1 Floor and we enjoyed it because every day not all item the same . This is what we loved, we visited my home town many times in different Hotels and this is was the Frist one where we loved the breakfast and the sounding, good design/ layout. Just one point from me as professional Cleaner and Business, please don't be shy and take a brush and cleaned under the table with the brush the food rest and some tissue away in this way much more guest will love your Breakfast/Restaurant areas. And on more point I hope the Manager change the Multitoaster because in time we use the toaster only the right side was working properly. From 10 points ,is the Frist Hotel in Berlin for us with a 9,5 point note. Just because of the cleaning in Breakfast/ Restaurant area. Bar self the stuff on the 30/09/2026, the Jung men was very helpful and kind. Keep it up in this way and also thanks to ***,we hope the name was correct he was also very helpful with the ice cubes and the scissor.
