Spacious comfort room and public areas. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Garden area. Character of interior design and decor - not a cookie cutter plastic hotel. Park opposite. Breakfast and dinner good.
Room too hot on first night, although fan provided after I asked. Only duvet provided so hard to have light bedding. Requested sheet, provided but then had to make up bed myself. Double comfort room for 1 person was set for 1 person - 1 towel, 2 pillows (not 4), 1 single duvet. Felt mean, especially as price was same (or more) for single occupancy. No kettle or coffee making facilities.

Staff was exceptionally kind and flexible. Super easygoing. The location is great, you have a quick bus and metro to the city center. Its clean and quiet. The breakfast is great to set you up for the day, really good food around too

It was comfortable and provided the kinds of amenities that you needed. The shower was great and I liked the beds a lot. You were also able to open the windows fully. The location is very nice, on a calm road right next to the Volkspark Friedrichshain as well as bus & tram lines. The staff were also friendly.
That said, the rooms feel dated and lackluster, considering they lack air-conditioning, a kettle and a minibar. These are the kinds of options you would expect from a 4-star hotel in a metropole. Being able to open the window at least makes up for the lack of air-conditioning, but it won’t help if tropical nights are becoming the new norm for German summers.

Location, room confort
Staff don't help client with luggages, no water in the room, room cleaning not perfect, I have asked 1 day earlier checkout and denied,
...Hotel need overall improvement. Staff need to be more kind.
