    Very nice hotel, recommendation

    Chose this hotel fir its location (park across the road) however it was very disappointing. After contacting the hotel to request something the week of check in, I received a response which answered my question and also stated that we hadn’t paid for one of the rooms, and we would need to contact the booking agent to pay/confirm otherwise the reservation would be cancelled. I contacted the booking agent and responded via email to the hotel asking for evidence as I paid in full for both rooms via Agoda. I received no response and no apology at check in for this which was frustrating. Hotel is definitely not 4 star. To summarise - - no refrigerator in room - no air conditioning - extremely dated furniture & room appearance - breakfast was average at best - staff were not very welcoming or helpful - not great for young families - overall I would not stay again
