    We obtained a great deal from Agoda for our 4 night stay at Chasely. Better than the price offer when we contacted the Chasely direct. When booking in, the receptionist asked about our dealing with Agoda to which we replied - no issues. He said to be careful when using Agoda due to third parties being involved with booking. He asked how much we paid and was not happy when we told him and said he could never match that. He then said he could decline our booking which was a very distressing comment as we had travelled to Brisbane for cancer surgery at the Wesley Hospital. We chose to stay there as it was in close proximity to the hospital. While the apartment was roomy and well set out it was quite ‘old and well used’. Many marks on walls, cracks on bench tops, peeling paint. It was stressed to us we would be liable for the cost if a fire alarm was to go off. Signs in the room said even steam from the shower could cause this. There was no dishwasher but only provided 1 sachet of wash up liquid. Cups, cutlery, plates were dirty and required washing prior to use. Car parking was no issue.

    Stayed while visiting Wesley hospital. Convenient & easy to make our own meals. & do own laundry. Steep uphill walk to the hospital. V comfortable & no road noise thanks to triple glazing!!
