    Unfortunately this place is a budget as they come there’s never anyone at reception and they don’t even clean the rooms. The just chucked some fresh towels in full stop …. I wouldn’t recommend unless you get a super cheap deal and your ok with no service at all…..

    Four oldies in their 80's lugging suitcases up from the basement and then up to the second floor was excruciating. And nearly as bad coming down again. Nothing in the bedrooms to put suitcases on either. NOT suitable for older people.

    I’m not sure way all the negative reviews. Room was large, clean, comfortable and affordable. Online check in and key retrieval was automated. No option to check in early but could leave luggage and staff explained by what time you needed to reclaim luggage (reception is not manned all the time). Location was unbeatable for our needs.

    Pros: big room and bed, simple check-in/out, doors decreased road noise a lot, spare pillows, plenty of seating, great location. Cons: no dish scrubber and only two sets of bowls/cutlery, cheap mattress which was painful to sleep on at some angles, filthy floor which dirtied the sheets, wifi connection intermittent, black mould in the cupboards. Did the job but I'd probably try somewhere new if I returned to the area.
