    We were given an early check in and received an email around 10am the day of check in to let us know. Self check in was very easy for us. Reception isn’t staffed and communication is via an AI agent - hope as time goes on, it becomes more responsive as we noticed people having trouble accessing the place. Communication is via Agoda so as long as you read the communication it should be good. Great location and walking distance to the valley. Quiet area, and clean and spacious room - would stay again!

    Really enjoyed my stay here with my girlfriends. We stayed in a townhouse which was perfect, with everything as stated on the listing. Small kitchenette enabled us to cook our own meals too and we were given free tokens for laundry. Only thing is that if you’re arriving early and planning to store luggage before checkin (2pm or earlier), reception doesn’t open until 8:30am or so (9am weekends) and there are no restrooms around the recreation and reception area.

    SHT is convenient clean and meets a need for a safe clean bed. Plus it was Quite. Walk to Fortitude Valley or Brisbane City so great for a night out. Parking is a big bonus. Simple to get registered and leave.

    Host was very rude with moving check in late time due to a late and flight delayed arrival in brisbane. where was i suppose to book another place in central brisbane at 11pm mid weekday. I had to double book another hotel and lost money for 2 nights due to NO alternative arrangements
