I was welcomed over the phone by a very kind young man who helped me later with the check in. Then later another staff member helped me with parking my car and she was so helpful. As I have a big 4WD, I won’t fit in the garage but only on parking bay 4 I could park. Anyway, she was lovely too. The room was spotless and I was amazed with the room! Very spacious and although it was just for a night, I could stay much longer! Thank you very much!

Location- handy to most things things in the city bed configuration - pretty apalling, single bed tucked away from amenities, bed too high! Proximity to bathroom- apalling as to open bathroom door is facing wrong direction so u have to climb over fixtures to access toilet, no good for older folk! cant shut door if u use a walker, tiny bathroom , Very dangerous for older ppl! 1. Whole place should be closed and renovated for safety reasons,, re bedding! 🤔Appalling, fake sheeting , seemed to be made of nylon, not cotton, very weird feeling, so ditched those remaining and then only had stuffy hot quite heavy doona with peculiar odor! 2. disabled clients not catered for unless there are special rooms with access?! 3. Whole building noisy from other floors, Creaking floors groaning and constant thumps heard during stay! 4. Staff very pleasant and helpful! 5. Did not eat there, but great toasted cheese and vegemite toast from Next door Cafe! 6. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Accomodation!😡🥴👎🏼
