    The room was small but big enough for what I needed, the bed was comfortable could have done with a topper. The staff were outstanding front if house and in the bar,helpful ,caring and kind.

    Had a good experience during my stay in the hotel! Staff were helpful, room was clean with well-functioning air conditioning unit and hot water. Very accessible to transport as well.

    Location is excellent, literally a 15s walk from Euston square Station. But hotel itself is small, and room is absolutely tiny. But enough for a couple to survive without spending much time in the room.

    Very disappointing stay. We booked three nights, and our first room had a strong urine smell in the bathroom, so we had to change rooms. The second room is smaller, and after taking a shower, the bathroom sliding door got stuck and we had to literally drag it open to get out. The door now won’t close, so we have no privacy. The hotel said maintenance would come, but this is unacceptable and very frustrating.
