    My family and I stayed for one night on 12 July. When we arrived, we were directed to self check in by a cold-mannered receptionist, well, it's fine, we were treated quite the same way in London, used to it. We checked in a double room, too small even with low expectations. There isn't a table big enough for a laptop! So my son and I went down to the reception, found a place with a socket and started to work. A staff asked if we were staying there, (of coz we were!) I said yes. She gave me a cold face and we continued to work in a corner. One hour later, that lady said we were NOT ALLOWED to sit there. I asked her why, she said it is because that was the area where people get water. Actually I was aware of that, but there were NO ONE in the reception during our stay, and if I were obstructing anyone, I would apologize, but I said again, there was no one in the reception area. She said in such a rude manner that I cannot accept. She said she has tolerated for an hour!?? Well, I supposed we were guests of the hotel, should we be treated like this? She told us to go to the lounge. But we have no idea there was a lounge in the first place! If she wanted us to stay in the lounge, why didn't she tell us earlier, in a more polite way? I was so angry, but what can I do? I went back to my room and continue to work on the bed, too soft it's so difficult to use a mouse. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
