The room was clean and tidy, always had fresh towels, bedding and water when we came back to room after a long day of exploring. The staff were very helpful and attentive which made our stay even better. The location was perfect and lots around to cater to needs. Room was decent sized for a Parisian hotel, toilet on the smaller side but nothing major that would stop us from coming back when travelling to Paris, it was great!!

Very nice place, clean, and located in a great spot within a great walking distance of the metro, the arc of triumph and the elysées champs street. Great stay and within like a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a big, spacious hotel, this might not be the place for you—but if you’ve traveled in Europe, especially Paris, you know hotel rooms tend to be smaller. Despite that, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Five stars.

It was an amazing stay. One front desk person extra great. He gave us information and booked a taxi for us when leaving. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name, but he was there every morning. Everyone was great.

Mar went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable, offering help with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The level of care and professionalism displayed truly set the tone for my visit. Breakfast at the hotel may be simple, but it is delicious and satisfying each morning. The fresh selections offered a great start to my day as I set out to explore the city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and cozy. What truly sets Hôtel Plaza Etoile apart is its superb location—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to reach top attractions, dining, and shopping. You simply can’t beat the convenience!
