It's alright. Lot of homeless in area but staff keep area clean. Breakfast is pretty basic. I stayed for week had breakfast only once. Wasn't worth eating again. The rooms are nice. Heater/AC work, nice TV and stations. Good value for buck

It’s not bad, but it’s also nothing special. The biggest plus is the price — it’s cheap, clean, and I felt pretty safe staying here, which honestly is what most people are probably looking for.
Just know that some rooms are noticeably bigger than others, so your experience can really depend on what you get. Also, they’re pretty stingy with towels, which was frustrating and felt unnecessary.
Overall, it’s a decent budget stay if you just need a clean place to sleep and don’t care about extras. It gets the job done, just don’t expect anything beyond the basics.

Although you get a nice room for the price, great location the heavy sliding bathroom door fell off while I was closing it and the front desk woman was more than rude with her customer service.
