The staff were so welcoming and polite. The room was clean and tidy with a great shower. We did not eat there so I am unable to comment on the dining, but it did smell lovely. The train station is only a 10 mins walk and was easy to negotiate with suitcases. A great stay - thank you.

Very cool property and great cabana concept especially for Paris. However, things are starting to look like they need a bit of TLC. Especially because wood requires a consistent amount of upkeep. Also adding cushions to the outdoor sitting in the cabana patios is a must. Sweeping the decks prior to renting the cabanas would also go a long way. Doors need some attention as well as I couldn’t open the door of the cabana from the inside ☹️. The Persian carpet would be a nice touch if it wasn’t so threadbare. Nowadays you can pick one up for cheap on EBay. Last, having more coffee pods for the espresso machine is an easy thing to do and was lacking. There’s an overall feel of decay that could very easily be addressed. I highly recommend you invest a small amount of funds to elevate this super cute hotel because it has great potential 😊

Charming hotel in Montparnasse. Surprisingly quiet for a lively Parisian neighborhood. Splendid staff, always smiling, always willing to assist. Cozy room with clever shower design to make use of the limited space without feeling cramped. Thoughtful breakfast with homemade items and plentiful coffee to order. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great — it’s very convenient to buy food and take the metro nearby. However, on the last day of my stay, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean the room. The breakfast cost €16, but the food was not very fresh. The room on the second floor had poor sound insulation and was very small. I won’t stay here again next time.

This property was cute and authentic, in a less tourist-y area of Paris! The staff was amazing, we had an issue with our room and they were able to relocate us within a day! It was located right next to a metro stop, which made getting around Paris very convenient! Appreciate all of the staff for their help and attentiveness!

Cute little, very clean boutique hotel. Great residential location and the staff were super helpful and nice. The metro a just a few steps away and it was so easy to get to CDG airport via the bus and metro as well. And having AC in the heat was a godsend. Highly recommend for a peaceful time in Paris. We had a great time staying here for over a week. It’s a short train ride away from popular sights, there’s a small produce store right next door, a pharmacy across the street, and a couple food places on the same block. Would stay again!

A lovely little place, with simply appointed rooms. Bathroom/toilet is not the highlight of this, but were still fine. Bed was great. Public areas were very nice- and so was all of the staff. Would stay again, depending on other city locations I would intend to visit. For this trip, I really liked being close to the cemetery!

Amazing stay. Lolita was a very professional and polite host and desk officer. A very lovely and accommodating person who greatly assisted me with my late arrival. She also carried my luggage to my room on the 5th floor due to a non-functioning elevator.

Cosy little hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations, which we were not informed about in advance. This meant that we were woken up every day, even at the weekend, with noise from the renovation. One can only hope that the renovation involves a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, as the rooms do not allow privacy when using the bathroom.

Room layout and furnishings unfortunately differed considerably from photos, was very loud both at check-in and especially the next morning when trying to sleep in on a Sunday. Room was supposed to have slippers. Front desk informed me upon asking that only the cabin has them. No tea or tea kettle in room. Was given some tea upon asking but told to use the Nespresso machine for hot water. Unfortunately the water that came out was brown, with lots of black specks, presumably from the buildup of coffee pods. Heating kept auto turning off when the temp hit 20 degrees. Sink water pressure is too high for the little water glasses so it shot everywhere. Shower leaks. While I appreciate the wheel upon check-in for a "free item" I won a glass of wine and am quite sick so can't drink at the moment. Would have been a nice gesture when I asked if I could swap it out for something else, like breakfast given the circumstances, to make a one-time exception. Also, the emails around check-in are ill-timed. I received my checkin email after I’d already checked out. Pillows are all wrong — one is too thin and the other too bloated. Really uncomfortable to sleep on.   What I liked: friendly staff, quality of the towels. House toiletries. The manager responded timely to my feedback but unfortunately missed the points and acted as if I wasn’t clear as to the room type I’d booked when I’m actually quite clear.

We got the more expensive room. It had a picture online of a beautiful window, which was the only difference between the two, except for a little bit more space. However when we got there, it looked like the cheaper room. We emailed the hotel and they said, sorry you didn't get the one you saw, they are only on the top floor. They had no coffee pods in the room either days, a light was broken, and there was only a little bit of shampoo left.

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent service. Location is good as it is right next to a Metro station. Although the hotel itself is located in a residential, rather than touristy, area. The room was good quality. But it was also small, although typical for a European hotel.
