very convenient to Gare Montparnasse + surprisingly close to Saint Germain Des Près, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame et Musée de Moyen Âge
I was not expecting so much traffic during the night but it was fine

Excellent location — only a minute from the metro! The room is small but well equipped, with a teapot and a mini fridge, which made the stay comfortable.
The breakfast is good, but the dining room is quite small and often full. The doors are loud when closing, and the same goes for the floor door — there’s no soft-closing system.

The hotel is located in a busy and friendly area, you will find nice restaurants and shops nearby! The metro is just a few steps away, or you take a longer stroll and can easily walk to the river!
The room was freshly furnished and comfortable.
A little kettle for early morning tea was unfortunately missing, but we could do without.

Nice location in a decent section of Paris. Very convenient to the Montparnasse train station.
Construction still going on (which they advise). Awkward breakfast facilities.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL
I'm another victim of theft at this hotel.
On May 15, we arrived in Paris and checked into the hotel. We placed our money and documents in the room safe. On May 17, I briefly opened the safe to add a few more items. At that time, it contained:
- Our passports
- Russian debit cards + 1 Kazakhstani bank card
- €4,450 in cash
On May 19, when we returned to the hotel and tried to open the safe to put away a passport, the code no longer worked. We notified reception, and the next day, a technician came to open the safe. All the money was gone. The documents were still there—but not a single euro remained. Our Russian cards were untouched (naturally, since they don’t work abroad anyway), but the Kazakhstani bank card was stolen too.
We are certain that someone physically removed our safe (it wasn’t bolted down, so anyone could carry it away), opened it elsewhere, took the money, and then replaced it with a different safe one containing only the documents. They also changed the code, which is why ours stopped working.
We went to the police, but they refused to help, claiming there were "too many fingerprints" on the safe. We even asked them to check fingerprints on our passports (which the thief may have touched), but they denied our request.
The only person who showed any compassion was the receptionist. She was clearly shocked, took my email and WhatsApp, and promised to keep me updated. She said their technician would check who had accessed the room during those days. But it turned out there are no security cameras in the hallways or near the room—so no evidence could be reviewed.
The hotel management did nothing, not for us, not even for their own staff.
As it turns out, we are not the only victims of this hotel. You can read other guests’ reviews at the end of this video.
Speaking of other troubles:
- The housekeeping doesn't work after 3 pm.

I booked the hotel the same day and they did my check in after their scheduled time. The hotel is comfy, clean and the staff is nice.

Way overpriced

The location was what I needed, as I was attending a seminar very close to hotel. The bathroom was decent and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I did not get to talk much to the receptionists but they seem nice and attentive. The street was quiet at night.
The bedroom was really small, much smaller than it looked like when I booked. The desktop was pretty much side by side the bed, so you could barely pass by or move the chair to sit. Also, the whole room smelled a little weird. Honestly, it did not feel like a 3-star hotel to me.

I liked the location, the staff, the room size. The bathroom was good and clean. I liked the tea/coffee facilities.
I did not like the lighting and having one main switch behind the door, and lack of sockets. The cleaning was iffy, and I was cold during the night the duvet too light. I had to double it up.
I think it is overpriced by 15eu a night.

great location. Very helpful staff on reception. Availability of secure parking 200 meters away, though it was £20 euro per day for a short break it was worth it to have the convenience of the car.
The cost of the stay was 400 euro. when I made the booking they put 200 euro to “pending” in my account. When I paid on departure I had to pay the full 400 euro. I was told the other 200 euro would be back in my account in 5 days. it was 10. Great hotel, don’t understand why I didn’t have to just pay 200 euros on departure plus the 200 they had already earmarked in my lending account. Bear this in mind when booking.

The staff was helpful to us. And the room was so clean. It was enough for 3 days paris tour
The room could be a little bigger. But it was ok anyway

AMAZING STAFF! POLITE, ALWAYS ABLE TO HELP!
I booked this hotel during a big fair in the city. I have to say that at the reception everyone was always amazing and super kind. The position is great and really close to the Metro as well as a bakery which is just few meters from the hotel.
Unfortunately the building itself is old, the carpet on the floor dirty and smelly and the room was super small. The hairdryer didn't work (and at the receprion they gave me another one straight away), the bath was dirty with a very old curtain. The walls are super think so you can hear litterally everyting next door. I won't came back at this hotel never and ever!

location, toilet, our bed
The carpet is dusty, i think the cleaner don’t vacuum it properly because it was our concern since the first night. And the elevator so distracting.

Very clean and nearby to the metro station. There's also a possibility to keep your car in a private parking.
A bit noisy in the early morning (fish market is right outside and causes much noise before 7 am). The room was clean, it is unfortunate that cash money disappears after your room is cleaned...

The hotel is well placed near Gare Montparnasse and the Metro Pernety, just across the street. Pleasant staff, clean and with a very comfortable bed. Not noisy like some locations but of course this is a city so not silent.
The room was a little small, difficult to navigate around the bed, but nothing too bad for a single traveller.
