Location
No heat, the portable little heater was useless. The room was cold.

- Staff was nice and attentive during check-in, check-out, and while having breakfast in the mornings
- Location is close to the city center and yet it feels really calm and cozy
- Rooms were relatively small but self-contained with everything necessary. I felt at ease
- The sound from the outside (from the hallways) was not filtered through the door. Sometimes I thought my door was open because I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. Regarding the street itself, I couldn't hear anything due to the location of my room in particular behind the street

Right next to the metro station and bus stop, on a very nice zone.
Breakfast was great.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable
The HUGE flight of concrete iced over stairs to get in which weren’t shown anywhere
I’m handicapped so I wasn’t able to get in, hotel refused to edit the booking through booking.com so I had to pay even though I couldn’t get in
Huge disappointment
