My second stay here. First stay was fine, second floor facing inside towards the pool. Second stay was very different. Room 142 had roaches crawling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Reported this to the clerk and it seemed as though my inconvenience was inconvenient to the guy. He was the least hospitable person I have ever met, and I've stayed at a lot of hotels/motels. Not an understatement. And who wears sunglasses at night? I got moved to the upstairs room and that was totally fine.

A couple in front of me was denied allowing their pets to stay after they called to verify. There were roaches in the front lobby and in my room. The breakfast was a joke. The shower curtain in my room had drywall mud, paint and/or blood on it. The sheets had holes and the pillows were small and uncomfortable.

We found and killed 3 bugs in the bathroom during our 2 night stay. The room smelled like smoke or weed the whole time we were there. Pretty sure that was from next door. The “breakfast was hardly anything!

The room overall was clean, but the shower had not been cleaned. As in there were hair and soap scum buildup. The area for the indoor pool they had the outside doors propped open, so it was so cold in there you couldn’t swim.

The room was really nice and it was quiet. Everything in our room was clean and it was fairly big! Staff was very nice! My only complaint was the cash deposit that I had to pay at check in. I didn’t have a problem with paying the deposit, I just didn’t realize that I was going to have to. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms looked great. The bed was nice. Problem is breakfast was basic with no eggs, sausage/bacon, and was pretty scarce the last 30 mins. The staff was great a friendly. The other Problem was a had a roach g he 1st day on my table near my bed. Told the front desk that morning, and didn't see another till the day i left after i took my shower and one was in my dirty towels. Was not happy about that.

Don't plan on staying here unless you have least $200 in cash on you. You can book and pay for your room online and then when you get there they demand $200 in cash (they won't accept credit or debit card for the surprise "Deposit"). They told us it was because we are local. The Hotel is an hour and a half drive and in a different time zone from where we live, so not sure how we could be local. Overall a very bad experience that nearly derailed our trip to see the Joe Koy comedy show in Knoxville. Fortunately we were able to find a different much nicer hotel on short notice and Orbitz got them to agree to a refund.

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk.Gentleman wasn't very pleasant. I was there for my son's 21st birthday and when they walk to him, he just stared at them. He stopped assisting me just to stare at them. It didn't have to do with race because we are the same. I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms 157 was horrible. The floor was so moist it was like i could skate on it. I called the front desk and spoke with a woman this time who seemed confused about what I was explaining. She allowed me to come to the front and switch one of the rooms. The facility was just not clean. The beds had stains and spots. The bathroom rags and towels were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet paper was used. I got a blanket out of my car and slept. Checked out and would never go back.

We have stayed at many Baymont motels elsewhere with no problems. This one was the exception. Rented 2 rooms and had 1 pet to stay in 1 room. At check-in got receipt for 2 room charges & no pet fee included. 1 room had mold in bathroom and sink did not drain. At checkout I saw a sign on counter that said $50 refundable deposit assessed for each room. This was not mentioned when I checked in & not included on receipt. After getting home, bank account showed 2 deductions of $50 in addition to room charges. I sent message to hotel and asked why I didn't get receipt for the 2 deposits. I also reminded them I wasn't charged for the pet fee. I later got one $50 refund and a $25 pet fee charge. I reminded them that I still needed a 2nd $50 refund. I then got a $25 refund and was told the account was settled because the other $25 was a pet fee for the 2nd room. I'm waiting to hear back and find out why I'm charged pet fee for 2 rooms for 1 pet.

Have stayed multiple times. Mist of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Had one issue with the room told staff at checkout. Wished the pool didnt have a lock on it. The patio area by the pool is nice. Lots of options for breakfast so that is always amazing.

Our room was somewhat clean then we realized we had a adjoining room and the people in there were loud as if they were in our room and when I went to the office to complain after being woke up for the 3rd time the staff told me “ well I’ll see if I can get ahold of someone “ to no avail then my wife goes to get in the shower and there was a roach. This place was the worst part of our trip
