    Travelled two nights to Chicago for concert at Soldier Field, and also a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. This hotel was central to both locations on the red line & from the airport to the hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding but the bathroom was small/compact. The high water pressure and abundant hot water was the best! The breakfast was a perfect start with hot & cold selections

    As many customers say-BEWARE OF THE EXTRA CHARGES THEY THROW AT YOU! Must pay for water Must pay for bar and meal coupons! No escape! $178 extra!

    This was probably one of my favorite hotels to stay at. Front desk was so nice, along with the bartender.

    When we checked in we got charge triple the price. This web is a fraud. You think you’re paying a certain amount and when you go check in they charge you more for the room and blame it on a third party booking that they don’t associate with. We got totally ripped off.
