    Every time I need to come to Eugene for business I stayed here and it’s great. The location is amazing and they are very friendly with my service dog. I highly recommend!

    Safety issue - boiler for my room block had been worked on. Tempature was not checked before I arrived. I nearly got burnt from the hot water after I put temp control at normal hot position. Mentioned to front desk, passed on to maintaince, report back seemed indifferent other than acknowledgement. Housekeeping - generally good, but there was a communication error and my trash wasn't picked up. Front desk has to do that when I got back. Front desk - fun, friendly and does everything. Breakfast - that's a big meh. First day with an hour to go on time, leftovers. Potatoes over seasoned to the extreme. Eggs mediocre at best. Second day different crew. Potatoes fresh and proper but not stirred while cooking leaving the bottom chewy and black. Eggs fresh but again not stirred and brown chewy bottoms. Juice machine empty on one flavor. Bread was morevFound staff in prep room standing around. For a 3 star hotel with such an upscale presentation this is unacceptable. I've been to a *** in San Diego where the staff constantly kept tabs on the food. Why not here? You don't pay for staff to stand around on a weekend when it's busy. Oh...one garbage can was overflowing. Only at 30 mins before closing did they get busy. Room ok. A/C strong. Bed good. TV size amazing. Furnishings nice. Bathroom shower ceiling needs a touch up. We got ADA even though we are not ADA. So the removable water pik head was broken and unable to change style of shower. Room is nice and dark at night. Lastly - 24 laundry. 1 washer and dryer (speed queen commercial top loader) $2.50 card only. Pods available at front desk if needed. Note to property owner: consider venting the room, it's hot and moist from the dryer. Overall impression 4/5 stars.

    This is my second weeklong visit at this location in the last three months. Staff is exceptional. My room was perfectly outfitted and cleaned on a regular basis. Location for me was exactly where I needed to be for my situation. Highly recommend!

    Room had bad odor, had to leave window wide open for 3 days. Was told by staff that rooms are only cleaned if you request it so the hotel can be more “environment friendly”. Clearly, the hotel is not concerned about the smelly environment I had to sleep in!
