    Hotel that is good value for the money. Next to tram running to the airport and center of Bordeaux. A good walk to the central and shopping district. Breakfast buffet has a good basic selection. Room was comfortable and with sufficient space. Helpful staff.

    Stayed for 3 nights in June 2026. After checking in, my companion and I proceeded to our floor, which was filled with a strong odor of cannabis. More alarmingly, when we opened the door to our assigned room, we discovered three unauthorized men inside actively using drugs. While the reception staff provided an explanation when we returned to the desk, I believe there is absolutely no excuse for a breach of safety this severe. Finding strangers inside a room that was handed over to us as secure is terrifying. Because of this incident, I was unable to sleep properly for the entirety of our 3-night stay, constantly fearing that our room's security was compromised and someone else might walk in on us. Wrote an official complaint the hotel but it's been a week and no response. Apparently, similar incident has happened to other guests before when I read the reviews on their website.
