    The hotel is nice, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The location is excellent. The carpet smells very very bad. If you can live with the smell, then is a nice place to have a good stay at Bordeaux.

    The hotel is ok, fairly close to enough public transportation and anyway Bordeaux center is quite small. The neighbourhood is not the best during the night, but okish. The staff is standard nice, but not really helpfull when you have some issues. On that aspect there is certainly room for improvement. My room was ok.
