Good location, 10-minute walk from the historical center and less than 5 minutes from the tram stop; decent breakfast, helpful personnel. On the downside, rug and upholstery need a good cleaning. All things considered, I would return to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect - however we had to use a water bottle to have the windows somewhat open. Without the bootle, the windows would either "glide closed" on itselv or it had to be opened fully, taking up space in the room.
Breakfast was fine.
