Arthur at the front desk was wonderful! He was the smiling face that greeted us every afternoon as we returned from a long day of sightseeing.

We did not eat breakfast here, but at the cafe next door it was excellent. Our room was large for Europe with a small refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Our stay was very pleasant.

Our room was fine. Problem upon checking in was that the single elevator was not working and we had a room on the 6th floor. It was repaired the next day, but broke down during the day, and was repaired by night. After that, no problems.
Nice staff. Great location.
