L'emplacement près de la gare Montparnasse et du métro.
Le manque d'entretien : plafond de la chambre délabré, revêtement de sol très usé, tiroirs de meuble de salle de bain très abimés.

Location and space
Recently renovated with cheap materials, so everything is falling apart. Plus, you can feel the metro, which makes it harder to sleep

The location is really terrific. Metro and bus stations are right outside of the apartment and there are a lot of fast foods, restaurants, and supermarkets near the location. Apartment is equipped with everything you might need including a coffee machine, microwave, toster, etc.
The place looks much nicer in the photos than it actually is, apartment is used and I just felt based on the photos it should have been a bit better. We always do an additional sweep when we visit a new apartment, so there were areas that we had to clean again and it wasn't perfectly clean (it was good, but could have been better). The fridge is also making a constant noise as it has a ventilator inside or due to the ice-cube making section, so we had to get used to it a bit.
